This is the part that seems a little confusing to me. There is no real cut and dry compensation plan.

Quixtar Fact #3:  Any company, Quixtar included, is literally USELESS to the starting out salesperson…Unless you KNOW how to sell, how to generate leads, and the philosophy behind succeeding in the industry first. 

Quixtar does give every associate their own website, but they do no allow you to do any internet marketing. They want everything to be completed through word of mouth. In my estimation this is a rather out dated method of advertising.
